Just bought an eee PC

I finally got tired of my 6 year old laptop and pulled the trigger on a new Asus eee PC. I'm hoping that it lives up to all the hype, as it was kind of an impulse buy. I'll report back with my first impressions

Oooo, I'll look forward to hearing all about that. So how many PC's is that in your collection now, Terry? I'm guessing I wouldn't have enough fingers to count them.

We're really happy with it. At first I was bummed about the small screen (there were horizontal scroll bars), but I quickly noticed that it ships with the resolution set to 800x600. Once I changed it to 1024x600 things looked great. Overall I'm impressed - it's much faster than I expected.
