I've been using opera for quite some time and as of a few updates ago they have integrated this new Opera Unite ..thing

a media/chat/file sharing program

with it im able to send a url to people directing them to my storage drive where in they can download/stream audio/video from me.

as well as photo sharing

I could host a webpage off of my own system through opera unite as well.
